You need to be a current Lewisham Council tenant or leaseholder.

Simply click on 'My Lewisham account login & registration' button and follow the steps.

We have linked the resident portal to My Lewisham Account so you have one login for everything council related – from seeing your council tax to checking your rent or service charge, raising a repair, and much more.

For your My Lewisham account to link up with the new portal, the email address you use to log in must match the email address we have for you on the housing system.

Where there’s a joint tenancy, both tenants can have an account but must register separately and have different email addresses. There is one email address per account.

Yes, you need to register first for a My Lewisham account. To do that, click on ‘My Lewisham account login & registration' button and specify you don’t have an account. Make sure you register with the email address we have for you in the housing system otherwise you won’t be able to access your housing account.

It is the same email you receive your housing correspondence to, but if you are still unsure, contact us on 0800 028 2028 or housingenquiries@lewisham.gov.uk.

To reset your password, click on 'forgot my password' in the sign-in screen and follow the steps. You will be sent a new verification code by email to set up your new password.

Please check that you entered your email address correctly and please check that the email has not been sent to your junk mail folder. (Emails are usually received within a few minutes of registering but can sometimes take a little longer).

In My account, find the button saying the housing portal and sign in with the same credentials – you’ll be taken straight in.

You will need to re-register for a My Lewisham account with the email address we have for you in the housing system.

Anyone can use them as they don’t require a housing account and logging in.

If you are a Lewisham Council tenant or leaseholder, log in and use the menu to file a report or raise a job (My general requests, My repairs, My tenancy changes, My ASB cases, My welfare concerns etc). This way you won’t need to enter your full name, property and contact details as we already have this information from your account.
